Built in Greenville, New Luna in 3001 by a retired human fisherman by the name of Paul Tibbs, it was then just a two-room shack that served fish chowders from what Paul and his brother caught that day. When Paul died in 3004, the restaurant was bought up by a wealthy Ungstiri entrepreneur by the name of Stanislav Dashkov, and transformed into its current incarnation.

Dominated by large windows with a view of the sea and a kitschy boating theme, Paul's Chowderhouse sells a much broader range of seafood than it did in Paul's era. However, Stanislav boasts that 95% of what he sells is grown or caught on New Luna, and even caters to vegetarians.
